The original film drive
components (typically a variable speed gearbox,
adjustment mechanism and drive to the main motor and perhaps an old mechanical film registration
system) are discarded and replaced by a single motor/gearbox
assembly, shown highlighted.
Operation is simply a case of entering the bag length and the
position of the printed image. All other machine settings and
operations remain the same. It includes an output to trigger a date
coder or labeller and different settings are stored in memory
for instant recall.
This shows what you get. Fitting is well within the capabilities of most
maintenance staff or you can leave the complete installation to one
of our experienced engineers.
