UK machinery manufacturer, Norpak Machines, make machines for the mailing and packaging industry. They work in close collaboration with midasmotion and most of their machines are controlled by equipment and software supplied by us. Norpak have forged ahead with developing new enhanced and more reliable versions of their traditional mechanical machines, from single axis side feeders to feature packed multi-axis box motion wrapping machines capable of packing large format magazines at 200 packs/min. They have embraced servo technology and have chosen midasmotion as their long term partner.

Norpak's recent expansion into the USA has led to some interesting projects. Not only have the machines been customised to suit the American market but Billy Graham, the Evangelist, needed some special additions to the touch screen interface which we were happy to supply. Norpak demonstrates how a UK company can design, manufacture and market machines that compete head-on with Italian and German competitors thanks, in part, to midasmotion.
